When can I expect my order to be shipped after making an order?

As soon as you make the order you will receive the confirmation email which means your order is securely received. Your order will be processed and shipped usually within 1-3 days, but usually the very next day after your make the order. The rare exceptions are when we are running a special sale when it might take couple of days longer but never exceeding 5 days.

Once the order is sent to our logistics company for shipping, you will receive an additional email with shipping confirmation including your order tracking code and details on how to track the shipping status of the order.

When can I expect my order to arrive, what is the typical shipping/delivery time?

We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence. As we have more than 1000 unique products, we work with different manufacturers across the globe in order to offer you dear customer the best possible choice of superhero apparel. Each of those products comes in different sizes so it is impossible to have them all stored in our local USA warehouse in large enough quantities.  That's the reason why some of them might be shipped out directly from our manufacturers while best selling items (the ones which have EXPEDITED SHIPPING option available on product page) can be shipped from our USA based warehouse as well with 2-5 days delivery to both USA and rest of the world.

For the items shipped with free shipping from our manufacturers, it may take anywhere from 10 - 30 days on average as we don't have The Flash there at our disposal unfortunately :) Shipping time for international shipments might also be highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

In general, most typical shipping times for different countries are listed below, also we measure shipping times in reality based on real shipping data of thousands of orders we shipped so far and state them in the brackets:

NOTE: We understand that these are perhaps a bit longer shipping times then expected, but keep in mind that these are custom designed items which cannot be found in regular stores and we work really hard to partner with many different manufacturers across the globe in order to provide you with the best and most unique selection so our customers find it well worth waiting for :) Additionally, we ship anywhere in the word and shipping is always free!


EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping is offered for best selling items and is available for both USA and rest of the world.

USA

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 days (4 days on average)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 days (3 days on average)
  • Priority Shipping: 2 days

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 days (4 days on average)

If you select EXPEDITED SHIPPING, you will have above mentioned different expedited shipping options available for selection during the checkout depending on your shipping address. The shipping pricing will also be calculated depending on the exact shipping type selected and number of items contained in the shipment.

As soon as your order is shipped, regardless whether you selected free or expedited shipping, you will receive the shipping confirmation email including the tracking code.

My tracking code displays that the item(s) did not leave the source country?

Tracking code statuses can be a bit weird causing confusson occasionally and depending on the courier used by our logistics company updates might be a bit delayed or not showing at all.

You can rest assured that your order was indeed processed and sent out for shipping at the moment you have received shipping confirmation email with the tracking code as the whole process is fully automated without any human intervention.

If the tracking code status is something like:

“Origin post is preparing shipment…”
“Processed through facility…”
“[…] Dispatch from sorting center…”

It actually means that the order was shipped and is in transit as of the date mentioned within the tracking code status.

The reason why there is no tracking code update after that date shown in last tracking code status is because the order is on the way and typically the tracking code doesn't update before entering the destination country as there are no hard stops in between during which it can update.

I have received and email saying that my order has been delivered but I didn’t receive it?

As your local post courier (i.e. USPS within USA) is the one making the delivery, they are the ones sending tracking code statuses and according to them it has been delivered.

We would kindly ask you to contact your local post office as soon as possible and check with them directly what is the reason for stating the order has been delivered while you didn’t receive it in order to retrieve the order as we have no control over their delivery.

In case of any issues with the retrieval of your order from your local post office, please do let us know at help@iamsuperhero.com and we will make it right by sending you replacement item(s) free of charge!

I have made an order with several items and only received it partially?

No need to worry and light up the Bat signal yet as that only means that your items were shipped out separately and you have received separate shipping confirmations confirming that.

The reason why it was shipped out separately is that those specific items are stored in 3 different warehouses of ours so we shipped your items directly from there instead of waiting to combine it into single package. There is also an explanation for that in our HELP/FAQ sections under the question "I have made an order for several items but currently only one arrived?":

Rest assured that all of your order items were processed and shipped out and the rest should follow soon as well as the other ones are certainly shipped out either on the same date or with just couple of days difference.

How can I make sure I order the right size of shirt/leggings/tank top/etc.?

As our apparel are custom made and typically run a bit smaller than regular US/EU sizing, there is a big note on several places on the product pages to either size up 1-2X compared to your regular size as mentioned on product page or ideally select a best size fit based on the measurements provided in the SIZE GUIDE:

Although the general sizing up suggestion might be valid for most of our customers, we highly recommend to select a best size fit based on the size measurements provided for specific product you are interested in the SIZE GUIDE tab on its product page.

Additionally, if you are purchasing multiple products most likely they will have different sizing as they might come from different manufacturer so instead selecting a same size for each, please follow the above mentioned advice and select a size based on the SIZE GUIDE measurements provided for each of the products.

Shirts / Tank Tops

In order to minimize the risk of ordering a wrong size, you should take manually measures of CHEST, SHOULDER, LENGTH and SLEEVE in the following way as visually represented on the following images for both long and short sleeve compression shirts:

  

After taking measurements, compare and match your measurements with the closest ones in the sizing guide table, allowing 1-3 cm (0.39-1.18 inch) error in order to get a perfect size.

The images above are only guiding principles containing all of the sizing parameters but depending on the shirt manufacturer, some of our shirts in the SIZE GUIDE chart require only measuring some of the sizing parameters displayed on the images and not all of them (i.e. only SLEEVE & LENGTH or SLEEVE, CHEST and LENGTH etc.).

CHEST Take the tape measure and wrap it around the widest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure straight and level at back and parallel to ground.

SHOULDER Think of a line going from your armpit straight upwards to your shoulder. Measure between those two points and hold the tape measure straight.

SLEEVE Taken from the shoulder seam to bottom edge of the sleeve.

LENGTH The shirt length is measured from neck seam to the bottom of the T-shirt.

WAIST Measure around your natural waistline — right where your hips start at the narrowest part of the waist, keeping the measuring tape horizontal. Be careful not to squeeze too tight to allow a little give.

TIP #1 Pay attention to the shirt’s size chart: Different compression shirts follow different size standards. It is important that you look at the size chart of the shirt you are interested in on its product page (SIZE GUIDE tab underneath the description) first to see which size fits you best.

TIP #2 Consider a larger size: Compression shirts are meant to be worn tight becoming your second skin for its maximum effects. But if it is your first time to wear compression clothing, you can always choose one size larger shirt compared to the sizing guide size so that you will not feel like being squeezed while wearing the shirt.

Leggings / pants

In order to minimize the risk of ordering a wrong size, you should take manually measures of sizing parameters in the following way as visually represented on the following image:

WAIST Measure around your natural waistline — right where your hips start at the narrowest part of the waist, keeping the measuring tape horizontal. Be careful not to squeeze too tight to allow a little give.

HIPS With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape horizontal to ensure you'll have enough room to move comfortably.

LENGTH Measure from the to of your inner leg along the inside to the bottom of your leg.

TIP #1 If one of your measurements is on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. In general, we recommend the smaller size. Why? Because the benefits of compression are better realized when the shirt or legging is truly snug. While it may take a little extra care to get them on, your feet and legs will feel the difference. But if you have never worn compression leggings before, you can always choose larger size so that you will not feel like being squeezed while wearing the leggings.

TIP #2 If your measurements for hips and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the one indicated by your hip measurement.

TIP #3 If you've never worn compression clothing before, expect it to feel tighter than you're used to. You'll also feel better than you're used to feeling at the end of the day.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment of order (or delivery in case of gift cards), no questions asked.

If you have already received shipping confirmation email with the tracking code, we are not able to cancel your order as it was already processed and sent out for shipping.


RETURNS

Yep. returns happen. It’s ok! I AM SUPERHERO is made to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policy.

We want satisfied customers so, glance over these return instructions and contact us. In order to be eligible for the return and refund, the item(s) received:

  • Need to be damaged or wrong size or type than the one ordered
  • Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Must be in the original packaging
  • You must be the original purchaser of the product and be able to provide an order number or account email address
  • You must contact us within 30 days from receiving the order

In order to request a return, please contact us at help@iamsuperhero.com or submit your message via our CONTACT US page (please do not send your purchase back to the origin address) and we will provide you with further and detailed instructions on where returns should be shipped.


WRONG SIZE EXCHANGES

You have ordered a wrong size item? No problem there. You may return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery and let us know the desired replacement size and we will ship a replacement item.

Simply contact us at help@iamsuperhero.com or submit your message via our CONTACT US page (please do not send your purchase back to the origin address) and we will provide you with further and detailed instructions.


REFUNDS

Upon receiving your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 2 business days.

If your refund is approved, we will issue a refund immediately along with email notification sent to you. Refunded credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, usually visible on your account statement within a several days depending on your bank.

If you haven’t received a refund within 15 working days, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your source account used for payment
  2. Contact your credit card or original method of payment provider, it may take some additional time before your refund is officially processed by their side and become visible
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@iamsuperhero.com or submit your message with details via our CONTACT US page.

SHIPPING & PACKAGING COSTS

To return your product, you should contact us at help@iamsuperhero.com or submit your message via our CONTACT US page and we will send you detailed instructions.

If the return is a result of our own error (you have received a damaged product or you have received a product of incorrect size or type) we will cover the costs of return shipping.

In all other cases, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in the package for identification purposes.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

To help protect our customers and make sure every return is dealt with fairly, in certain situations we may either require an order confirmation number or decline a return, including:

  • We can’t accept gift cards for returns but the regular return and refund policy is valid for any product ordered using gift card
  • We can't accept items for return that were not purchased directly from I AM SUPERHERO (such as items purchased at thrift stores, online sellers or garage sales)
  • If an item has a missing label or it has been defaced, we can't accept it for return without an order confirmation number because we can't be certain it was purchased directly from us.

I have received my order but the sizing doesn’t fit, what can I do?

You have ordered a wrong size item? No problem there. You may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery and let us know the desired replacement size(s) and we will ship a replacement item.

  • Your order #
  • Which product(s) from your initial order you would like to exchange
  • Desired size(s) of the replacement item(s)

and we will send you detailed exchange instructions.

I have made an order but I would like to cancel it!

If your order hasn’t been shipped out yet (you haven’t received shipping confirmation email with the tracking code), please do send us email to help@iamsuperhero.com with your order # and we will cancel it right away and issue a full refund.

If you have received your shipping confirmation email with tracking code, it means that your order was already processed and sent out for shipping at which point we have no way of cancelling your order.

However, once you receive your order if you would still like to return it feel free to contact us and we will send you instructions on how to send us back your order for a refund.
