THE PREORDER MODEL
As a company that creates extremely high quality & unique products, typically it takes around 6 months from concept and design to final manufacturing.
Once we reach the final manufacturing phase, due to extremely high demand for our apparel, we open up new apparel designs for preorders giving our loyal customers unique opportunity to secure their orders at lowest possible price. Typically, the products will be delivered anywhere from 30-60 days from opening preorders. To get a best estimate of when a particular preordered item will be delivered, please the product page and description for an estimated date.
WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE PREORDER
Some of you might think, I'll simply just wait until the product comes in and then I'll make the order but here are few awesome reasons why you shouldn't wait and why you should make preorder instead.
Limited Stock - First off, every new drop we only offer a limited amount of product for each item and nearly every preorder we have launched so far has sold out. Therefore, we can't guarantee there will be any stock left over and you'll likely miss your chance!
Save Money - The next reason to preorder is because of the onetime preorder discount, we never offer any sales or discounts on in stock items, but on all preorders we always offer a special sale price which means that by preordering you will also save money!
Free Bonuses - On some of our preorders we will offer free goodies or free products included with your order that will only be given to our customers making preorders. You don't want to miss out on that.
HOW LONG UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR PRE ORDER?
Typically, the products will be delivered anywhere from 30-60 days from opening preorders. To get a best estimate of when a preordered item will be delivered, please the product page and description for an estimated date.
CAN I CANCEL MY PRE ORDER?
If you decide to lose your item and give it up to someone else waiting in line, you can cancel your order at any point prior to the shipping date and you will be eligible to receive a full refund.

As soon as you make the order you will receive the confirmation email which means your order is securely received. All orders received before 12h EST will be shipped out same day and all others within next 24h. The rare exceptions are when we are running a special sale or during holidays when it might up to 48h for the orders to be processed and shipped out.
We ship worldwide with the tracking option. Please check the info below for shipping estimates after order fulfillment depending on where you’re situated in the world:

Expedited Shipping: 2-4 days
Priority Shipping: 2 days

Standard Shipping: 5-10 days
As all orders are shipped from USA and international orders may be subject to additional import/customs fees upon delivery. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. - Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. You know what we mean guys; keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
- Item(s) cannot be returned if the care label or hang tag has been cut/removed.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- You have 60 days from the date you received your items to make a return or exchange.
All returns & exchanges must be registered through our customer support. This is to ensure the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible. Please don’t send the items back to the origin address as those will be returned to you automatically.

No problem there. You may return your item(s) within 60 days from delivery date and exchange it for different size.

- Which product(s) from your initial order you would like to exchange
- Desired size(s) of the replacement item(s)
and we will send you detailed exchange instructions.
