When can I expect my order to be shipped after making an order?

As soon as you make the order you will receive the confirmation email which means your order is securely received. Your order will be processed and shipped usually within 1-3 days, but usually the very next day after your make the order. The rare exceptions are when we are running a special sale when it might take couple of days longer but never exceeding 5 days.

Once the order is sent to our logistics company for shipping, you will receive an additional email with shipping confirmation including your order tracking code and details on how to track the shipping status of the order.

When can I expect my order to arrive, what is the typical shipping/delivery time?

We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence. As we have more than 1000 unique products, we work with different manufacturers across the globe in order to offer you dear customer the best possible choice of superhero apparel. Each of those products comes in different sizes so it is impossible to have them all stored in our local USA warehouse in large enough quantities.  That's the reason why some of them might be shipped out directly from our manufacturers while best selling items (the ones which have EXPEDITED SHIPPING option available on product page) can be shipped from our USA based warehouse as well with 2-5 days delivery to both USA and rest of the world.

For the items shipped with free shipping from our manufacturers, it may take anywhere from 10 - 30 days on average as we don't have The Flash there at our disposal unfortunately :) Shipping time for international shipments might also be highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

In general, most typical shipping times for different countries are listed below, also we measure shipping times in reality based on real shipping data of thousands of orders we shipped so far and state them in the brackets:


FREE SHIPPING

  • USA Between 5-15 days (10 days on average) from shipping date
  • Canada: Between 10-20 days (11 days on average) from shipping date
  • Europe: Between 10-20 days (12 days on average) from shipping date
  • Australia: Between 10-20 days (12 days on average) from shipping date
  • All Others: Between 10-30 days from shipping date

NOTE: We understand that these are perhaps a bit longer shipping times then expected, but keep in mind that these are custom designed items which cannot be found in regular stores and we work really hard to partner with many different manufacturers across the globe in order to provide you with the best and most unique selection so our customers find it well worth waiting for :) Additionally, we ship anywhere in the word and shipping is always free!


EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping is offered for best selling items and is available for both USA and rest of the world.

USA

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 days (4 days on average)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 days (3 days on average)
  • Priority Shipping: 2 days

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 days (4 days on average)

If you select EXPEDITED SHIPPING, you will have above mentioned different expedited shipping options available for selection during the checkout depending on your shipping address. The shipping pricing will also be calculated depending on the exact shipping type selected and number of items contained in the shipment.

As soon as your order is shipped, regardless whether you selected free or expedited shipping, you will receive the shipping confirmation email including the tracking code.

I have received my tracking code but it doesn’t update status?

Typically it might take a couple of days for the tracking code to start updating and depending on the courier used, in some rare occasions it might be that it won’t be updating at all but no reason to worry about it – in that case the same typical shipping time still applies from the moment you have received shipping confirmation email with tracking code regarding of the tracking code status.

Typical shipping time for your region from the date of shipping:

  • USA: Between 5-15 days (10 days on average) from shipping date
  • Canada: Between 10-20 days (11 days on average) from shipping date
  • Europe: Between 10-20 days (12 days on average) from shipping date
  • Australia: Between 10-20 days (12 days on average) from shipping date
  • All Others: Between 10-30 days from shipping date

If your order doesn’t arrive with communicated typical shipping time for whatever reason which is highly unlikely (perhaps Joker intercepted your Batman shirt), please do let us know!

My tracking code displays that the item(s) did not leave the source country?

Tracking code statuses can be a bit weird causing confusson occasionally and depending on the courier used by our logistics company updates might be a bit delayed or not showing at all.

You can rest assured that your order was indeed processed and sent out for shipping at the moment you have received shipping confirmation email with the tracking code as the whole process is fully automated without any human intervention.

If the tracking code status is something like:

“Origin post is preparing shipment…”
“Processed through facility…”
“[…] Dispatch from sorting center…”

It actually means that the order was shipped and is in transit as of the date mentioned within the tracking code status.

The reason why there is no tracking code update after that date shown in last tracking code status is because the order is on the way and typically the tracking code doesn't update before entering the destination country as there are no hard stops in between during which it can update.

Please see below an example from one of the recent shipments showing the behavior as explained:

The next update will typically be once it enters the destination country (USA in the example above), but overall the shipping time should be within typical shipping time frame regardless of tracking code status update.

I have made an order with several items and only received it partially?

No need to worry and light up the Bat signal yet as that only means that your items were shipped out separately and you have received separate shipping confirmations confirming that.

The reason why it was shipped out separately is that those specific items are stored in 3 different warehouses of ours so we shipped your items directly from there instead of waiting to combine it into single package. There is also an explanation for that in our HELP/FAQ sections under the question "I have made an order for several items but currently only one arrived?":

Rest assured that all of your order items were processed and shipped out and the rest should follow soon as well as the other ones are certainly shipped out either on the same date or with just couple of days difference.

I have received my order but the sizing doesn’t fit, what can I do?

You have ordered a wrong size item? No problem there. You may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery and let us know the desired replacement size(s) and we will ship a replacement item.

All you have to do is contact us via email at help@iamsuperhero.com stating:

  • Your order #
  • Which product(s) from your initial order you would like to exchange
  • Desired size(s) of the replacement item(s)

and we will send you detailed exchange instructions.
